In the Workplace

As you play an enormous role in our ability to assist our clients, we expect you to meet basic standards of conduct in the workplace, including:

  • Ensure that you are working safely. If you have any concerns, address them through the appropriate channels.
  • Mobile phones should be turned off and messages checked only during your break. If in extenuating circumstances you need to have your mobile switched on, please discuss with your Supervisor.
  • Please observe the company policy on personal e-mail, internet, telephone and fax usage.
  • Present yourself in appropriate attire.
  • Complete all relevant documentation on time (i.e. employment forms, timesheets etc.)
  • Communicate with us regularly to inform us of any changes, developments or concerns
